Rudi London was born upstairs at his

parent's home in the city of Nedstrand,

on the southern west coast of Norway at

Young Rudi learned to sing before he could

talk and he learned to read before he learned

how to write. Mor practiced choir singing with him during the daytime

and Far patiently listened to his son's favorite reading of Donald Duck.
